What is custom sublimation printing?

Sublimation printing is a process where dye is transferred into fabric using heat and pressure, producing full-colour, edge-to-edge designs permanently bonded to the garment. Unlike screen printing, sublimation allows unlimited colours and photographic detail without adding texture to the fabric.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity for custom sublimation apparel starts from 50 units per style. Minimum quantities may vary depending on the product type and complexity of the design.

What fabrics can be sublimation printed?

Sublimation printing works on polyester and polyester-blend fabrics. We work with a range of performance fabrics including moisture-wicking polyester, polyester-spandex, and recycled polyester for sustainable options.

Can you produce sublimated team uniforms?

Yes. We specialise in custom sublimated team uniforms for sporting clubs, schools, corporate teams and events. Full-colour, all-over designs with individual names and numbers are available.

What is the production lead time?

Standard production lead times for custom sublimation orders are 4–8 weeks from artwork approval, depending on order volume and product complexity. Rush production may be available on request.
